Tomato Kasundi Sauce has a savoury, warm, lingering taste, that is rich with Indian spice and a complex earthy flavour. It is the savoury version of Plum Kasundi Sauce and is wonderful as a meat marinade, added to stews and crockpots, inside a burger or toasted sandwich or served with eggs and meats.
Serving Suggestions: Works exceptionally well with BBQ meat and chicken. I love this with my dim sims, samosas, rice dishes and curries. Great as a marinade for chicken.
